TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.Your illustration may be used as a sample and posted on my social media.Please credit me (@yasipio) if you use my work on any social media platform.Prices are in USD, and payment will be made through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Vgen.100% payment is required after the sketch is approved.I reserve the right to decline any commission for personal reasons.Commercial rights are included.The turnaround time (TAT) is a maximum of 15 days.Refunds are not available after the sketch is approved unless I am unable to complete the commissionThe final files will be delivered as PNGs, including a full illustration and a version with only the character and no background.If you are interested in commissioning me, please send me a direct message on my Discord (yasipio) or Instagram (@yasi_pio).

Process

Please send me a message explaining in detail what you're looking for, including examples, moodboards, reference images, descriptions, and any other relevant information.A price will be coordinated based on your request. Once both parties agree, the commission will proceed.There are 2 review stages: during the sketch phase and during the base coloring phase.Once the first sketch is finished, confirmation will be requested. Revisions are unlimited at this stage, and you can request any changes before moving to the next phase.After the sketch is approved, the lineart will be done. Any changes (except color adjustments) requested after starting this phase will incur an additional cost.Once the lineart and base colors are finished, your confirmation will be requested again. Revisions are unlimited at this stage, and you can ask for any changes regarding the colors before the rendering phase begins.
